The Trinity Nunatak (from English trinity , Trinity ' ) is a large nunatak in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises about 8 km north of the Convoy Range and 22 km west-northwest of Mount Douglas in the middle of the Mawson Glacier .
It was mapped in 1957 by the New Zealand group of the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958), which named it after its three peaks.
