Trip Khalaf

James "Trip" Khalaf is a sound engineer and front-of-house sound mixer. He has been the live sound mixer for the rock band Queen since the 1970s and has also accompanied Brian May and Queen + Paul Rodgers on tour; he is co-producer of Queen's album Live Magic . Khalaf has worked for Fleetwood Mac , Steely Dan , Michael Jackson , Elton John , Madonna , Roger Waters and Mariah Carey , among others . He was also involved in television productions, for example in 2007 for the MTV Video Music Awards .
