Troublemaker
Troublemaker ( English for "troublemaker, troublemaker") is a clothing brand of the German textile manufacturer Troublemaker Textilversand, which has not been owned by Hoffman-Textil since spring 2015. The mail order company based in Cadolzburg secured the rights to the Parole ACAB between 1998 and 2007. The products are sold via the online shop and catalog , there are no branches of its own, but the company also acts as a supplier.

Troublemaker focuses on the hooligan and neo-Nazi scene with regard to its customers . The designation category C is often used in the product range and corresponding websites are linked on the website. Troublemaker also placed a newspaper ad in the magazine of the now banned neo-Nazi organization “ Blood & Honor Division Germany”. In addition, relevant stores and army shops are also supplied by Troublemaker.
legal action
In 1999 a police officer filed a criminal complaint for insulting a person who was wearing a shirt from Troublemaker Textilversand . The letters ACAB were printed on the front of the shirt . The Tiergarten District Court dropped the proceedings because it could not be clearly established that the abbreviation actually stands for "All Cops Are Bastards" (all cops are bastards ); and even if it were so, this could not be considered a personal insult, since "All Cops" are an inaccurately defined collective. The judge in charge drew a comparison with the slogan soldiers are murderers , for which a case of insult was also dropped. Furthermore, a drawn print - which represents an act of violence against a police officer - was also judged to be legally unobjectionable.
