Trygve Bjarne Pedersen (born July 26, 1884 in Oslo , † August 13, 1967 there ) was a Norwegian sailor .

successes

Trygve Pedersen, who for the Kongelig Norsk Seilforening sailed, won in 1920 in Antwerp at the Olympic Games in the 6-meter class after the International Rule of 1907 the bronze medal. He was a crew member of the Stella , the rest of the crew consisted of Einar Berntsen and skipper Henrik Agersborg . In three races, the Stella managed to win an opening victory, but was then fourth and last twice in a row. The Stella thus had as well as the Belgian Boat Suzy nine total points, it is why a further race between the two yachts came. After a victory for the Stella , it finished the Olympic regatta in third place overall.
