The Trynevika ( Norwegian for Schnauzenbucht , English Tryne Bay ) is a 5 km wide bay on the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land . It is located at the northeastern end of the Vestfold Mountains between the Trynøyane archipelago and the mainland.
Norwegian cartographers, who also named them, mapped them using aerial photographs taken during the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
