Tsutomu Nishino ( Japanese 西 野 努 , Nishino Tsutomu ; born March 13, 1971 in Nara Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Nishino learned to play football on the school team at Nara High School and the university team at Kobe University . He signed his first contract in 1993 with the Urawa Red Diamonds . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 1999 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2000 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League. For the club he completed 134 games. At the end of 2001 he ended his career as a football player.
