The TuS Scharley was until 1945 a sports club from the German Piekarer district Scharley .

history

The TuS rose from the district class to 1st class in Upper Silesia West in the 1940/41 season . In the Division 2 incorporated, the team achieved in their first season already with 23: 9 points in second place of their group. In the next season , the club played in the now combined league in Division 1 . During the season, however, the team withdrew from play, which meant that the team had to play a league lower after this season. However, as early as the 1943/44 season , TuS was promoted back to 1st class . The team was then also the winner of its division 7 and the subsequent promotion round was completed with 7: 1 points. This placed the club in first place and rose to the next season in the Gauliga Oberschlesien .

The season was still started, but was canceled on January 14, 1945. At that time, the team was 6: 6 points after six games played in sixth place. With the capitulation of the German Reich at the end of the Second World War and the annexation of Upper Silesia by the Soviet Union , the association was also dissolved.
