Tuba Kolong (spelling variant: Tubakolong and Tubo Kolong ) is a town in the West African state of Gambia .
According to a calculation for 2013, about 1547 inhabitants live there, the result of the last published census from 1993 was 1239.
geography
Tuba Kolong is located on the north bank of the Gambia River in the North Bank Region , Upper Niumi District . The place is west of the road that leads from Essau via Aljamdu to Albreda .
Culture and sights
At Tuba Kolong, a historical fountain is known as a place of worship under the name Tubabu Kolong .
