The Tubulinea are a group of amoeba within the Amoebozoa .
features
The tubulinea are amoeboid single-cell organisms that are naked or provided with a shell (testa). They form tubular, almost cylindrical pseudopodia ; they can also change shape from flat and stretched out to cylindrical. The cytoplasm flows within the whole cell or within a pseudopodium in just one strand (monoaxial).
