reception

Stuart Nicholson stated in the Guardian that - as with the previous album - there were no signs of a musical standstill in the Swedish jazz formation, even if that were noticeable given the long period in which this group played together. This album is characterized by the influence of classical music such as The Well-Tempered Clavier , with which the EST-typical mixture of jazz, rock and pop is enriched. John Kelman finds that Tuesday Wonderland expresses the tendency that the formation - although Svensson's piano playing makes up the main part of the sound - is even more democratic and more parts of Berglund and Magnus Öström can be heard.

In 2007 Tuesday Wonderland received, among other things, a platinum record (Jazz Award) for over 20,000 units sold in Germany. The album is one of the best-selling jazz albums in Germany .
