The Tuff Bluff is a striking cliff made of light, trachytic tuff at the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It looms at the northern end of the Brown Peninsula .
The descriptive naming was made by the New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee in the course of research work on a joint expedition by the New Zealand Geological Survey and the Victoria University of Wellington as part of Victoria University's Antarctic Expeditions from 1964 to 1965 .
