Tuija Marketta Sikiö-Repo (born November 23, 1969 in Ruokolahti ) is a former Finnish biathlete .

Tuija Sikiö was one of the most successful Finnish biathletes between the late 1980s and the mid 1990s. The taxi driver, who started for Ruokolahden Raju , achieved the best place in the overall World Cup in 22nd place in the 1990/91 season . At the 1992 Winter Olympics from Albertville Sikiö came at the competitions in Les Saisies to 14th place in the individual, the 45th in the sprint and was next to Mari Lampinen and Terhi Markkanen Fifth in the relay race. In 1994 she reached ranks 38 in the sprint, 24 in the pursuit and ten with the relay in Lillehammer . The Finn contested her last international races in 1995.
