The Tur Icefall is a short glacial break on the Borchgrevink coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . On the Hallett Peninsula , it is southeast of Seabee Hook .
Participants in a 1957-1958 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named him after the medical doctor Juan José Tur (1931-2017) from Puerto Rico , who worked in the Antarctic winter of 1957 at the neighboring Hallett Station .
