Tutang Djamaluddin

Tutang Djamaluddin (* 1935 ) is a former Indonesian badminton player .

Djamaluddin was a member of the Indonesian Thomas Cup team in 1964 , which won this world championship for men's teams in the year mentioned. In the final against Denmark he started in two men's doubles against Finn Kobberø and Jørgen Hammergaard Hansen and against Erland Kops and Henning Borch . Against Kops and Borch he lost with Ferry Sonneville with 12:15 and 2:15, and against Hansen and Kobberø with 14:17 and 5:15. However, these two double defeats did not change the fact that Indonesia won the emotionally charged final 5: 4 and won the trophy for the third time.

Tutang Djamaluddin celebrated his greatest success in the individual disciplines in men's doubles in 1962 with AP Unang at the Asian Games , where he won the bronze medal.
