The Tuvalu Badminton Federation is the highest national administrative organization in the sport of badminton in Tuvalu .

history

The association was founded in mid-2006 and hosted the first national badminton championship on October 1st of the same year, the Tuvaluan Independence Day, with 20 participants. Shortly after its establishment, the association became a member of the Badminton Asia Confederation and on January 5, 2007, of the Badminton World Federation . The association is based in Funafuti .
