Two and One-Half Mile Village (also Two and 1/2 Mile Village) is a place in the Canadian Yukon northwest of Watson Lake, which is predominantly inhabited by Indians . It is located on the Robert Campbell Highway , which connects Watson Lake with Ross River , from where it continues to Carmacks . Two Mile Village is located on this road, southeast of Two and One-Half Mile Village .

In 2006 there were 95 inhabitants. The residents of the "Indian settlement" belong to the Liard First Nation . This group, which also lives around Two Mile Village, had a total of 1106 people in November 2010. Their language is the Kaska , which belongs to the Athabaskan language family, whereby it is closely related to the Talhtan , Sekani , Beaver , Slavey and the northern and southern Tutchone . In 2006 the site had 35 inhabited private buildings, one of which was uninhabited.

In the 2001 census, the place had almost a third fewer inhabitants, namely only 65 people, in 1996 it was only 40. This means that the place has increased its population by 137.5% within a decade.

A mine is located northeast of the village, which can be reached via a dirt road.

The place Watson Lake and the Kaska settlements owe their existence to the construction of the Alaska Highway . Numerous indigenous groups were settled more or less voluntarily, and Watson Lake was given an airfield. Administratively, these surrounding places belong to the largest place in the region with over 1000 inhabitants.
