Live and act

At the age of 16 he founded a rock'n'roll band with schoolmates at the Bundesrealgymnasium Linz Fadingerstraße and subsequently also performed outside of school in the Gasthaus Märzenkeller and in the Rosenstüberl. His talent was discovered by Hubby Stein and Fred Mitter. This was followed by appearances in Germany at the American GIs clubs.

A record company recorded his first Elvis Presley record under the stage name she had created, Ty Tender . Tender's artistic breakthrough came in 1980 with an Elvis concert at the Brucknerhaus in Linz, where he became Austria's No. 1 Elvis interpreter. Numerous appearances and recordings followed. Artist colleagues and the press repeatedly named Ty Tender with attributes such as The Voice , Tender Voice or Voicewonder from Linz .

Ty Tender lives in Linz, is married to the organizer and artist agent Edith (Weiler-Shows) and has a daughter.
