Uğur Kavuk (born September 11, 1979 in Zonguldak ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Kavuk began his career in the 1997/98 season at Kilimli Belediyespor . There it was meanwhile awarded to Ereğlispor . In the winter break of the 2000/01 season he moved to his home club Zonguldakspor . After half a season he went back to Kilimli Belediyespor on loan. There he scored 14 goals in 29 games.

After playing for Kilimli Belediyespor, Kavuk stayed with Zonguldakspor for a year and then moved to the 2nd division at Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor . Since then he no longer played as a striker, but as a defender. For the 2006/07 season he moved to Antalyaspor in the Turkcell Süper Lig . In his last season with Antalyaspor he was captain. At the end of the 2008/09 season it was announced that he was moving to Sivasspor .

In summer 2013 he moved to Gaziantepspor within the Süper Lig . After just one season he left this club and switched to the third division club İnegölspor instead .
