Vltavská is a station on Prague Metro Line C in the Holešovice district . The metro station is located near Strossmayerplatz on the left bank of the Vltava River on the level of the island of Štvanice .

The Vltavská station was built between 1978 and 1984 and opened with the third expansion step of line C on November 3, 1984. It was badly damaged during the floods in 2002 .

The platform is at a depth of 21 meters. It is barrier-free accessible via two elevators.
