UAB ICOR is a Lithuanian group of 70 companies with 3,000 employees (as of 2010).
Group president is lawyer Andrius Janukonis , director Julius Dovidonis. As of 2010, the “ICOR” board consisted of four members: Andrius Janukonis, Linas Samuolis, Gintautas Jaugielavičius, and Darius Leščinskas.

history
In 1990 the freight forwarding consultancy “Rubicon” began its activity . The founders were students from Vilnius University at the time and current board members of what would later become the Rubicon group. The trading activities were later expanded to include Lithuania and Russia (metal trade). In 2011 the group posted sales of 905 million litas (262.1 million euros). In 2005 the company achieved sales of LTL 311 million (approx. EUR 90 million) and a profit of LTL 24 million (EUR 7 million).
In 2010 the three shareholders and board members (Rimantas Bukauskas, Arūnas Mačiuitis and Remigijus Lapinskas) sold all of their shares to the remaining four shareholders (Andrius Janukonis, Linas Samuolis, Gintautas Jaugielavičius, Darius Leščinskas) and bought 100% shares in “ Siemens Arena ”, Ticket - and ticket sales companies “Tiketa” and “Panevėžio arena”, which manages the “ Cido Arena ”. “Rubicon group” became ICOR and manages “City Service”, “Ecoservice”, “Bionovus”, “Realco” group of companies, “Vichy” water park. At the end of 2016 there were 6,999 employees. In 2017 a profit of 20.885 million euros was achieved.
