Ueren
Ueren , also in the form of Üren , Yhren or Yehren , was a Tyrolean hollow or liquid measure and corresponded to the bucket . There are two forms to be distinguished: the old and the new. The measure was also known as Bozener Ueren (Yhre).
The following applies to the new dimension:
- 1 Ueren = 1 Viennese bucket = 58.0204 liters
- 1 Oars = 2240 (2239.96) Parisian cubic inches = 44 7/16 liters
The old shape was about half the size:
- 1 Ueren = 128 Ziment / Seidel = 25.9456 liters = 18.336 Austria. Mass = 0.4584 Austria. bucket
- 1 room = 1 Wiener Seidel = 0.3538 liters
Deviations:
- 1 Ueren = 160 ciment / Seidel = 1 Viennese bucket
- 1 Etschländer or Bozner Ueren (Yhre) = 12 Pazeiden = 54 Maß = 77.81 liters, often documented in Bozen documents since the 13th century.
