Ugo Ruggeri
Ugo Ruggeri (* around 1450 in Reggio nell'Emilia ; † around 1508 ) was an Italian lawyer and printer .
Ruggeri came from Reggio Emilia and studied in Bologna Law . Around 1473 he became acquainted with the new art of printing and devoted himself to it from then on. He was mainly active in Bologna, printing many legal books and popular editions in Italian . His books were carefully executed and had prefaces written by him. He also cast guns for Giovanni II Bentivoglio .
