Uliga ( Marshallese Wūlka ) is a motu in the east of the Majuro Atoll of the Pacific republic of the Marshall Islands .

The island is bordered by Darrit to the north and Delap to the west . Between Uliga and Delap there are two smaller islands belonging to Delap, Biggariat and Eniligere . Together with its neighboring islands Uliga forms the compression chamber " Delap-Uliga-Darrit " the capital of the Marshall Islands, Majuro that the entire atoll covers.

In 1988 the place or district Uliga had 2,144 inhabitants on an area of ​​0.293 km² (29.3 hectares ). The islands from Darrit in the north to Enirak in the west are connected by a continuous road embankment. The road dam was built from coral fragments during World War II ; the road was later paved.

Uliga is the seat of the Majuro Courthouse and the exile administrations of the evacuated atolls Bikini and Rongelap .
