Ullrich H. Kasten
Ullrich H. Kasten (* 1938 in Berlin ) is a German director , author and documentary filmmaker ; he has made a number of documentaries and biographies and has received several awards for this.
From 1962 to 1991 he worked as a director and author for the German television radio in the GDR. Since 1992 he has worked for the Ostdeutscher Rundfunk Brandenburg (ORB).
Among other things, he is the author of two films about the Romanist Victor Klemperer and a portrait about Johannes R. Becher . He also shot a film portrait about Hitler and Stalin.
