Ulrich Brasche

Ulrich Brasche (* 1951 ) is a German economist and professor at the Technical University of Brandenburg .

Ulrich Brasche studied economics and educational economics at the Technical University of Berlin from 1971 to 1974 and graduated with a degree in economics . From 1974 to 1987 he was a research assistant at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin. In 1988 he was awarded a Dr. phil. PhD. After Brasche was head of the “Technology Analysis” department at the VDI / VDE Technology Center in Berlin-Teltow from 1987 to 1995, he was appointed professor of economics at the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in 1995.

Brasch focuses on European integration , in particular economic effects, regional development, expansion and accession of Turkey .
