Ulrik Yttergård Jenssen (born July 17, 1996 in Tromsø ) is a Norwegian football player .

Career

society

Jenssen started his career in his hometown near Tromsø IL . In 2013 he moved to France for the second team of Olympique Lyon . After three years in France, he returned to the Norwegian first division side Tromsø in summer 2016. Jenssen made his debut in the Eliteserien in August 2016 when he came on as a substitute for Christian Landu Landu in the 64th minute against Aalesunds FK on matchday 19 of the 2016 season . At the end of the season, Jenssen had twelve league games in which he was able to score a goal.

National team

Jenssen played for various Norwegian youth selections. In June 2015 he made his debut against Bosnia and Herzegovina for the U-21 selection . In May 2016, he was in the senior national team for the first time , although he had never played as a professional before.

Personal

Jenssen's brother Ruben is currently under contract with FC Groningen , his father Truls was also active as a football player.
