Umar Sadaat (born February 16, 1995 ) is a Pakistani athlete who competes in both the 400 and 800 meters .

Athletic career

Umar Sadaat gained his first international experience at the Islamic Solidarity Games 2017 in Baku , where he won the silver medal in the Pakistani 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 07.62 minutes. He then retired in the preliminaries over 400 and 800 meters at the Summer Universiade in Taipei . The following year he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and finished eighth in the relay in 3: 08.87 min. At the South Asian Games in Kathmandu in 2019 , he finished fifth over 400 meters in 48.05 s and won the bronze medal behind Sri Lanka and India in the relay.
