The Umlaufbach ( water code number : 322) is an orographic left tributary to the Werse in North Rhine-Westphalia . Of the 13.2 km long river originates in the peasantry Nordick the municipality Ascheberg and flows for a little to the east sweeping, total running north about 2 km northwest of Drensteinfurt in the Werse. It has a catchment area of 39.9 km². The upper course is sometimes also called as far as the Forsthövel farmers in the community of Ascheberg Ossenbecke.

The tributaries of the Umlaufbach are the Mühlenbach and the Viehfeldgraben .
