The facility with overnight huts, sanitary facilities and a supply house with kitchen and lounge covers an area of ​​5 hectares . It offers accommodation for 90 people plus 14 carers. The overnight accommodations are divided into six heated "Swedish huts", five mattress dormitories and two supervisor rooms with their own shower / toilet.

Within a radius of 5 kilometers around the facility and on an area of ​​300 hectares, a wide variety of habitats can be explored as part of a resource adventure world through adventure and environmental education courses.
