Environmental station Unterallgäu
The Unterallgäu environmental station is originally a cooperation project in Haid, a district of the market, recognized in 1997 by the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection and funded since then by the Friends of the German Forest Youth Regional Association of Bavaria eV, Kreisjugendring Unterallgäu KdöR. description
The facility with overnight huts, sanitary facilities and a supply house with kitchen and lounge covers an area of 5 hectares . It offers accommodation for 90 people plus 14 carers. The overnight accommodations are divided into six heated "Swedish huts", five mattress dormitories and two supervisor rooms with their own shower / toilet.
Within a radius of 5 kilometers around the facility and on an area of 300 hectares, a wide variety of habitats can be explored as part of a resource adventure world through adventure and environmental education courses.
