The songs were mixed by Justin Broad, Niclas Flyckt, Gothenburg, Jeo, Toby Lindell and Nigel Rush. The guitars were recorded by Mathias Gamej, Clas Oloffson and Marc Sutton. The keyboard sounds come from Twin; the bass by Anders Matthison and Joacim Persson. The piano was played by Nigel Rush. All drum sounds come from Joje Lindskoog. The album was produced by the production team Mute8 and Twin, with the support of S. Kula, Pete "Boxsta" Martin, Nigel Rush and Pam Sheyne. David Cuenca and Frank Zauritz created the photos for the booklet.

laut.de criticizes the debut song Unnatural Blonde ... because it has "nothing individual at all". In addition, "many surprises in view of the many happy-happy-sunshine chords would not come to the listener." In the album, “according to the scheme F, a ballad is always alternated with a more poppy song”.
