União the Freguesias de Espariz e Sinde , shortly Espariz e Sinde , is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) of Tábua . It covers an area of 23.52 km² and has 1004 inhabitants (as of 2011 figures).
The municipality was created in the course of the municipal reorganization of Portugal after the municipal elections on September 29, 2013, as a merger of the previous municipalities Espariz and Sinde . Espariz became the seat of the new municipality.
