União das Freguesias de Milhazes, Vilar de Figos e Faria , or Milhazes for short , Vilar de Figos e Faria , is a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district of Barcelos in northern Portugal .

2,066 inhabitants live in the municipality on an area of ​​12.14 km² (as of 2011 figures).

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform in Portugal on September 29, 2013 by merging the two previous municipalities Milhazes , Faria (Barcelos) and Vilar de Figos . Milhazes became the seat of the municipality.
