The União the Freguesias de Rio Torto e Lagarinhos just Rio Torto e Lagarinhos , is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) of Gouveia .

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform on September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Rio Torto and Lagarinhos . Rio Torto became the seat of the new administration.
