The Universidad del Pacífico (UP) is a Peruvian private university based in Lima .
history
Forerunner was an initiative in the 1950s of the Unión Nacional de Dirigentes y Empresarios Católicos (UNDEC) , a Catholic business association, and the Jesuit order . The UP was officially founded on February 1, 1962.
