Unlawful killing

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In English law , unlawful killing is something that can be determined during an investigation in England and Wales when someone has been killed by one or more unknown persons. The offense means that the killing took place without a legal reason and in violation of criminal law . This behavior includes: murder , manslaughter , infanticide, and killing by dangerous driving. An offense of unlawful killing will generally lead to a police investigation, the aim of which is enough to gather evidence to identify those responsible, criminal charges and to report those responsible to impeach .

The investigation does not usually identify individuals as responsible. The yardstick for the facts is that there is no significant doubt about the fact. When in doubt, it is possible to determine death by accident or a chain of unfortunate circumstances.

reception

In 2011, a documentary about the alleged conspiratorial killing of Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed called Unlawful Killing came out. The director was Keith Allen and the script was written by Victor Lewis-Smith and Paul Sparks. The broadcast of the documentation was initially to be prevented in Great Britain. Unlawful Killing was funded by Mohamed Al-Fayed amid rumors that "dark forces" within the British establishment were responsible for their 1997 deaths. The film, which was not part of the official part of the festival, was therefore shown for the first time at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival .
