action
In a mostly humorous way, the series stages events in a small village and around its inhabitants. Important events such as fire brigade parties and charity evenings are always a challenge and are organized and designed with skill and shrewdness. The focus is also on activities in local sports clubs and their influence on village life. There is a dispute over the establishment of a nudist area and the local war memorial. The protagonists of the series include the pastors of both denominations.
