Susanne Rasp

Susanne Rasp (born June 20, 1932 in Gießen ; † June 24, 1973 in Munich ) was a German actress .

Live and act

In the early 1950s, Susanne Rasp received private acting lessons from Tilly Breidewand , Willy Leyrer , Grete Leyrer-Bennewitz and Lucy Valenta . In 1953 she made her stage debut and played the following season at the Nordmark Landestheater Schleswig. Rasp's subject was initially that of the sentimental, which she was able to live out in roles such as Klärchen in Carl Zuckmayer's The Merry Vineyard and the Rose in Graham Greene's The Last Room . From 1955 there were engagements at theaters in Heidelberg, Koblenz, Stuttgart, Esslingen (where she could be seen in Gerhart Hauptmann's Die Ratten at the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen in the 1962/63 season ) and Tübingen. In 1971, Susanne Rasp appeared at the Residenztheater in Munich in the play The Kitchen by Arnold Wesker . From 1961 to 1973 she worked in German television films and series.

Susanne Rasp suffered an accidental death in Munich in 1973 .
