Unterebersbach
Unterebersbach is a part of the municipality Niederlauer in the Lower Franconian district of Rhön-Grabfeld and was incorporated on January 1, 1978.

Unterebersbach is located on the Franconian Saale and on the road from Bad Neustadt an der Saale to Steinach . The Franconian Marienweg leads through Unterebersbach .
history
- 1230 first written mention of Unterebersbach in a contract between the Bishop of Würzburg and Count Boppo von Henneberg
- 1978 Incorporation of Unterebersbach into the municipality of Niederlauer
- 2006–2007 Widening of Palmsbergstrasse from Maria-Schnee-Kirche to the sawmill. The weir of the Franconian Saale was also rebuilt and the houses connected to the sewer system.
Attractions
Peterskirche: old Franconian fortified church at the western end of the village, which was probably built in the 13th century by the Lords of Rothenkolben . At the entrance is the year 1498, which was added after a renovation. The Unterebersbach cemetery is laid out around the church.
Maria-Schnee-Kirche : Marien- und pilgrimage church at the eastern exit of the village with a way of the cross at the church.
