Abdominal cancer is a lay term under which malignant neoplasms of the female genital organs are usually summarized. The most common malignant tumors in this context are uterine and ovarian cancer . Other parts of the organ ( vulva , vagina , fallopian tubes ) or the surrounding ligaments ( ligamentum latum uteri , ligamentum teres uteri , parametrium ) can also be affected.
