Userhat-Amun (also Amun-userhat ) was the ancient Egyptian name of the divine barque of Amun . This particular name appears for the first time in the New Kingdom ; for example in connection with the valley festival or in the Wenamun's travelogue , where Wenamun was supposed to procure timber for the divine boat.
None of these amuns has survived to this day. However, the appearance is known from illustrations. The Userhat Amun, made of fine wood and decorated with gold and silver, replaced the former barque type of the Middle Kingdom .
