Ustup Volnistyj ( English transcription from Russian Уступ Волнистый Ustup Wolnisty , German 'Wavy steep slope' ) is a mountain ridge in the East Antarctic Mac-Robertson Land . It rises southwest of Vrana Peak in the western foothills of the Athos Range .
