Uta Reimann-Hoehn (* 5 July 1962 in Bonn as Uta Reimann ) is a German author educational non-fiction books and learning materials.

Life

Reimann-Höhn grew up in Bonn and moved to Wiesbaden at the age of 14. There she graduated from high school and began studying pedagogy while also writing for the local newspaper. In 1987 she married the guitarist Tilmann Höhn , with whom she has two sons.

Act

In 1986 Reimann-Höhn founded a non-profit association in Wiesbaden with the aim of promoting learning for children with dyslexia or dyscalculia , which she headed until 2008. In 1994 Reimann-Höhn founded the Institute for Education and Learning in Niedernhausen, which she headed until 2017. In 1997 she started the website www.lernfoerderung.de, which she is also responsible for editorially to this day. The YouTube channel of the same name followed in 2009.

From 2006 to 2019 Reimann-Höhn was editor-in-chief of the educational information service Learning and Encouraging with Fun! . From 2017 to 2019 she was co-author of the pedagogical information service Jan-Uwe Rogges puberty survival letter . In 2018 and 2019 Uta Reimann-Höhn worked as an expert in parenting advice for Fisher-Price .

In 2019 she founded the civil law company "Reimann-Höhn, Blank, Höhn" for the marketing of websites in the field of education.

As a specialist author, she writes educational articles and non-fiction books for, among others, FID-Verlag, Herder , Auer-Verlag and eduversum-Verlag in Wiesbaden.
