Utah Public Radio (UPR) is the public broadcaster for the US state of Utah . The station is operated by Utah State University and broadcasts news, community-relevant information and culture from Utah, the USA and the world. The studios are located in Logan .

Utah Public Radio broadcasts direct from Logan as KUSU-FM and is received throughout Utah and southern Idaho through a network of 6 stations (all also in HD radio ) and 30 relay stations . Utah Public Radio is a member of the National Public Radio (NPR), Public Radio International (PRI), and American Public Media (APM) networks .

Utah Public Radio went on air in 1953 with KVSC , "the Voice of the State College". In 1961 the callsign was changed to KUSU-FM to reflect the transition from Utah State Agricultural College to today's Utah State University. Utah Public Radio is Utah's oldest non-commercial educational station.
