The Utikuma Lake is a lake in the north central part of the Canadian province of Alberta .
Utikuma Lake is located 30 km north of Small Slave Lake . The lake is at an altitude of 648 m and has an area of 288 km². Its maximum water depth is 5.5 m, the mean water depth is 1.7 m. The runoff of Utikuma Lake is regulated. The Utikuma River leaves the lake on the north bank and flows over the Muskwa River to the Wabasca River . Alberta Highway 88 runs along the east bank and Alberta Highway 750 runs along the west bank .
The following types of fish are caught in Utikuma Lake: pike , herring whitefish , glass eye bass and American perch .
