Uwe Frowein (born March 3, 1962 ) is a former German soccer player .
Frowein came to 1. FC Kaiserslautern in 1981 via the youth teams of Hassia Bingen and Eintracht Frankfurt , where he initially played for the amateurs. From 1982 he was in the professional squad of the "Red Devils" and completed eleven games for the Bundesliga team without scoring until the winter break of the 1983/84 season . Frowein was transferred to the second division Hertha BSC , where he played until the end of the season. This was also his last professional station.
He is currently active in the traditional FCK team.
