Uwe Huppers
Uwe Huppers (born March 29, 1955 in Moers ) is a former swimmer of the Wasserfreunde Wuppertal e. V. He is multiple German champion in breaststroke and swimming pool swimming and multiple German champion with the relay teams of the Wasserfreunde Wuppertal. From 1970 to 1978 he fought fifteen international matches for Germany. From 1978 to 1981 he worked as a youth trainer for the water lovers. During this time he trained Simone Osygus at the Olympic base in Wuppertal.
