Uwe student

Uwe Schüler (born November 18, 1969 in Finsterwalde ) is a German lawyer and political official ( CDU ). Since December 3, 2019, he has been State Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior and for Local Affairs of the State of Brandenburg .

Life

From 1976 to 1986, Schüler attended the Polytechnische Oberschule in Rückersdorf and then completed an apprenticeship as a skilled worker for plant production with Abitur in Spremberg by 1989 . In 1991 he began studying law at the Humboldt University in Berlin , which he completed in 1997 with the first state examination in law. This was followed from 1997 to 1999 by the legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin and in 1999 the second state examination in law .

From 2000, he was an independent lawyer with a law firm in his hometown Finsterwalde. From 2000 to 2002 he was also managing director of the young entrepreneur Elbe-Elster operator company , from 2001 to 2018 adviser for the Brandenburg state group of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group in the German Bundestag, as well as research assistant (2001-2018) and personal adviser (2018-2019) to the member of the German Bundestag , Michael Stübgen .
