The Västanåfallet is a waterfall of the river Eksjöån in the Swedish province County Västernorrland and the historic province of Ångermanland with a height of 90 meters.

The waterfall is located in a 7 hectare nature reserve created in 1978 near the village of Viksjö in the municipality of Härnösand . The power of the waterfall was used economically between 1744 and 1867 by an ironworks, the remains of which can still be seen today.
