Vaddensen is a part of the municipality of Clenze in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony . The village is located northwest of the core area of ​​Clenze and south of the B 493 .

About 700 meters southeast of Vaddensen are graves 2 and 3 of the large stone graves near Braudel . The two graves of the Neolithic funnel cup culture are about 100 meters apart.

history

Vaddensen was an independent municipality in the Lüchow district until 1929 . Since July 1, 1972, Vaddensen has been part of the municipality of Clenze.
