Arrighetti-Ghibaudo got into windsurfing through her family. At the age of eleven she took part in a competition for the first time and at 18 she won her first international competition in Tarifa . Arrighetti-Ghibaudo entered the World Cup in 2005 and won her first podium in her first competition on the Costa Calma ( Spain ). After two further vice world titles in 2007 and 2008 , she won her first world title in 2009 . She was able to repeat this success in 2012 and thus won the first title of the unofficial French windsurfing national team Equipe de France de Funboard , which also includes Antoine Albeau , Delphine Cousin Questel and Thomas Traversa . In addition, it reached the top 3 in the slalom category every year from 2007 to 2014 .
Arrighetti-Ghibaudo is mother of one son. She also drove the French car rally championship alongside Christian Estienne.
